How It Works

A Simple Process

Let us walk you through each step of creating your first custom-made blazer...

1. Design your blazer

  • Browse our shop to find the blazer (or other piece) that catches your eye.

  • Each blazer style is offered in All Seasons Cotton (great for any season), Linen (for the warmer temps), and Tweed (for the cooler temps). A few even come in sassy velvet!

  • Once you have your blazer style and fabric, select the color or tweed pattern you'd like for your blazer.

  • Next select your inside satin silk lining color and any embroidery (name, initials or short phrase).

  • Select "Add to cart".

2. Create "My Account" and enter your measurements

  • Prior to Check Out you will be prompted to "Create account". You may also create an account at any time by selecting "My Account" on the Homepage's main navigation bar.

  • Within "My Account", select the tab "My Measurements" on the righthand side. Our measurement guide will walk you through each measurement we need for your blazer (or other piece). A Jernē consultant is happy to schedule a complimentary zoom consultation to walk you through the measurement process. To set up this consultation, please select "Contact" (bottom of the Homepage) and we will respond within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.

  • Your measurements will always be on your account and can be edited for future orders.

3. Handcrafted in Hội An, Vietnam

Jernē's pieces are handcrafted by independently owned tailor shops in Hội An, Vietnam. In Hội An, the art of tailoring has been passed down for generations. Being a loyal customer of our tailor shops allows their businesses to grow as we grow. Its a true collaboration amongst independent colleagues.

4. Arrives at your doorstep in 3-4 weeks

Your garment will arrive at your doorstep within 3-4 weeks. Jernē is committed to ensuring you are entirely satisfied and excited about your new piece as we are! If there are any issues with your item, please "Contact" us. A Jernē consultant will work with you and your local tailor to handle any final alterations.

5. Rinse and Repeat

We hope you have a great experience with your first custom-made blazer. Your Jernē account is saved and ready to create more beautiful garments in the future!
